- Twinkling Four Review added: 2018.05.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Our lender invited SDL surveying team to survey our home as part of the remortgage process. The Surveyor arrived on the day of survey, took some measurements and plenty of photos. How ever he just valued our house (in London) way less ( at least £ 50,000 less) as offered by the nearby estate agents and other online property sites. We were utterly disappointed when we realised that the surveyor just compared the price with other sold prices of the neighbouring houses rather than evaluating the actual price, as our house was in mint condition and recently refurbished and more spacious compared to those sold ones nearby.
